Sending very Deragatory Product After payment of Full amount

I ordered for the following products from Bag It Today. The order was acknowledged from the company side and they informed me that the materials have been sent by post. I received a packet from the post office on the 9th of July last after paying the stipulated amount and the postal charge. But after opening the packet I was stunned to see a very old, used and worn out shoes and a bag of very low quality. The pair of shoes it seems has been picked up from from slum after some body thrown it away. It seems that the company has deliberately done it as the packing was well packed. I immediately sent email to the company and talked over the phone. But they could not provide me satisfactory reply. The acknowledged my mail and sought apology. But simple apology will not work after financial loss and humiliating dishonour. I want proper compensation.

When everything goes okay, it may look good to buy from them, but belive me...if you have any prblms, u r never gng 2 get any resolution!!!!!!! u face an endless cycle of phonecalls [always the ones u make, dnt expect tem 2 call u back ever!!!!!!]... Refund not paid by Fashion and You

I had a cash-on-delivery order from this website [order no 476192] for which I paid a total of 1300 on june 15, 2011. The order was for 2 kurtis. But when I checked the parcel, it contained only 1 item. The other item worth rs.880 was not included. I have been trying to get a resolution from their csr for the last 1 month. Everytime I call, they give excuses and avoid the call by saying a standard reply "you will hear from us in 72 hours". So far I have not heard a single word and it doesnt look like I will ever hear any. I get conflicting information from their customer service team every time I call. An example would be: the 5th time I called, a guy mentioned that the cheque has been sent and it will reach me in 3 days. After 3days, I called them again and was shocked to hear that their finance team has not yet resolved the issue and they are not even sure they will pay me! I dont know whom to call as they dont provide any other information on website other than a standard customer service no. Their customer service should be called as "Customer Torture Service".!!!!!!

Hi, My name is Vijay and I am a victim of fraud promotional calls from Bag It Today, I lost Rs. 88,000. I believed it all because I thought it is a part of India Today group, and such respected group will never do a fraud. I got a call from Bag It Today promotional department that I have been selected to get a assured cash prize of 1.5 Lacks, they are doing it for promotion, as I have been a regular customer I was selected, so I also will inform my family and friends about Bag it today, and I was asked to believe him because all their calls are recorded and India group won’t do such a fake call. So I had to make payment of Rs. 50,000 to enter into the contest and I will get diamonds worth 1.2 Lacks, and two Blackberry storm mobiles. I did that. 1. Order ID: 1005081548. (Rs 24999) 2. Order ID: 1005081406. (Rs 24999) After 1 week, I got call, saying from selected 5 winners, 1 has backed out, so now price money is increased as minimum of 1.5 lacks to maximum 30 lacks. It will be a lucky draw and I will get one for sure. For that everybody should pay the same amount as tax, so that you no need to pay once you get any price. And this time the amount was Rs. 40,000 for tax and Rs. 35,000 for diamond insurance, as this time they were going to send me 2 packs one with diamonds worth 60,000 and Kodak camera each. 3. Order ID: 1005136148. (Rs 34999) 4. Order ID: 1005135498. (Rs 19999) 5. Order ID: 1005135314. (Rs 19999) Then as said, after 1 week, I got a call to give me my Blocking id for the contest which should be kept secret. But then that guy “Ashwani Gupta” on 30 Apr 2011, at 11 AM said I need to give Rs. 38,000 for generating the Blocking Id which is refundable and will be refunded in 10 days. I gave it, as I still believed them and got my blocking id. 6. Order ID: 1005518120. (Rs 18999) 7. Order ID: 1005517886. (Rs 18999) After this I have never heard from Bag It Today regarding the contest. Luckily for me for the 2nd order, I gave my home address, I was not able to collect it, so it got returned and I cancelled the order (order 3, 4 and 5), and asked for refund, which I got. But I have still lost Rs. 50,000 + Rs. 38,000 = Rs. 88,000. I have spent so many sleepless nights after that, and I regret every moment of it for believing in Bag It Today. I am feeling helpless. BALGOPALGD22C8JVJ for discount of Rs 500/- on my email id which was valid till 30.06.11 with no other condition mentioned after validating all conditions on 23.06.11. When I used this coupon on 30.06.11 it was accepted and remaining payment of Rs 113/- made through credit card and accepted by the website and confirmation mail sent to me as order No. 300001061. Then the Co-owner of the company Ashok Gupta / Akhil Gupta (as informed to me on phone no. 09873600485) cancelled it manually after an hour I have placed the order No. 300001061 without issuing fresh discount coupon. Hence I have not been able to utilize discount coupon i purchased under the deal. Balgopal.com is unit of RateTag e-Commerce Pvt. Ltd which also owns GhadiWala.com and ratetag.com and owned by Shalini Gupta/ Ashok Gupta/ Akhil Gupta Balgopl.com is one of the new fraud online shopping companies. Dear Sir/Madam, I made on line transaction by ordering a gift to be delivered in Pune through indiatimes shopping. my order no. 113071055 while processing the order which is as per display on internet the delivery on same day. ie 26th June 2011. My transaction date 24th June 2011 during the process my bank debit the amount but there was error from indiatimes. as i was not satisfied I checked and emailed to customer care services of Indiatimes and also my Bank. indiatimes said they are looking into the matter but i wanted to make another order so i told them to cancel the order and they inform me to send the bank statment which i did however they delivered the order on 28th June 2011 and still they have informed me about the deliver. instead of refunding the amount they delivered the order in two days. i should be totally refunded as i requested to cancel the order.

I ordered for an holiday package / voucher from bag it today after their sales and promotion team contacted me, I have received the form and booklet on June 15th (Booking id is :-777784659 , And Order Id Is:-1006445674) today. To my surprise the terms and conditions are very different to what has been told to me and mentioned below. I was told this will be a Hassle free holiday if booked 30 days prior – The terms and conditions says that it is difficult and holidays may not be given during public weekends / school holidays etc. Second point – I was told I can choose anyone place of my choice 30 days in advance if in India and 45 days if it is international, however the form says that 3 different destinations and 3 different dates need to be given and one will be allocated. I clearly don’t want a holiday booking with so many terms and conditions and hassles, I would rather pay a little more and avail a holiday directly from any hotel / resort. Terms and conditions mentioned to me are very different from your holiday voucher / booklet. Surprised that India Today being such a big reputed organization is involved in this fraud, I'm trying to contact them since the past one week and they have stopped responding to me after the sale. I recently ordered from the on-line shopping site named KOOVS and has been a hell since then! There are 2 problems with KOOVS: one is the company itself and the other problem is that they trust on DTDC to deliver their goods. Big mistake! Just search for DTDC complaints on the Internet, you'll be overwhelmed by complaints. Same for KOOVS, check out their Facebook page. Many people don't get their products. Till date I don't have the product so I submitted my complaint on consumercourt.in how KOOVS still FAILS to DELIVER even after several promises from managers at KOOVS! Their names are Manish Tewari (manish@koovs.com) and Rajesh Kamra (rajesh.kamra@koovs.com). As soon as I posted my complaint I got a phone call from KOOVS. In fact I got 3 calls during that same day. I was promised that: KOOVS would refund my money so I had to give my bank details. AFTER 10 DAYS STILL NO REFUND! KOOVS would send the item again with some other courier. AFTER 10 DAYS STILL NO ITEM RECEIVED and they clearly said that they would send it right-away! I mailed KOOVS again 2 days back about the status (including Manish Tewari and Rajesh Kamra) and and nobody even replies! What attitude these guys have! Who do they think they are?! Hello, today I got 20 calls from baggittoday telling me that I have won diamonds worth 60,000 and a blackberry pearl mobile. And I can get all these at the cost of 18999.I liked the offer since it was from india today group and I paid the money through my credit card. I the order reference was 1006056559 . I was again called some 20 more times offering more diamonds worth 60,000. Thankfully I had come back to my senses and I refused the offer. After which I came online and read these stories. I promptly tried to cancel my order . A person by name amit called me and tried to convince about bagittoday reputation etc.. and even gave his cell number 9911374625- I tried calling this number soon after and no one is picking up ! since I refused to fall to his tricks, I insisted on a refund. I bought Blackberry mobile set from Naaptol.com 3 months back after seeing the repeated advertisement in newspapers. It did not work and i contacted them several times but they never responded till now. Later on i contacted local service center of Blackberry and come to know that my handset can not be serviced by them as they only do service for phones bought from authorized outlet of Blackberry. Naaptol.com bought sets from Ritco & Co.,Gurgaon to whom i visited 3-4 times and after wasting lot of time it was found that handset was faulty and replaced by them 2 times . It is still not working properly. I came to know that Ritco & Co. bought cheaper lot from some other country and selling in India without authorization from Blackberry. I feel company like Blackberry should not allow such practices as they are reputed name in international market. Naaptol.com is fraud online shopping company engaged in such type of selling. this is a fraud company- they cheated by sending absolutely bad quality stuff. i did not receive the products for which i paid Rs.1849/ --the spy pen as well as the mp3 player ARE NOT WORKING, MAY BE THATS WHY THEY DID NOT SEND ANY WARRANTY CARD OR CD WITH IT.
