NO REFUND AGAINST CANCELLATION

DEAR SIR/MA'AM TILL TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND OF RS.7000.00...AS PER YOUR COMMITMENT ,2 week time was finished last week, now 4th week is going to start...BUT TILL TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND... ,1006943992.till now i am receiving calls from booking department saying my order has not been cancelled,and asks me to pay the remaining amount.I am really disappointed and do not want to write more complaints, i am tired of requesting for money that belongs to me.when i called for refund to customer care of BAGIT TODAY i had mentioned that i dont want to put fraud complaints against company, so with a polite request kindly refund my money.Please dont annoy anymore and refund my money ====================== 21june Dear Ms. Mahant, This is with reference to your email. Sending very Deragatory Product After payment of Full amount

I ordered for the following products from Bag It Today. The order was acknowledged from the company side and they informed me that the materials have been sent by post. I received a packet from the post office on the 9th of July last after paying the stipulated amount and the postal charge. But after opening the packet I was stunned to see a very old, used and worn out shoes and a bag of very low quality. The pair of shoes it seems has been picked up from from slum after some body thrown it away. It seems that the company has deliberately done it as the packing was well packed. I immediately sent email to the company and talked over the phone. But they could not provide me satisfactory reply. The acknowledged my mail and sought apology. But simple apology will not work after financial loss and humiliating dishonour. I want proper compensation.

Please dont shop from this site. Their customer service is extremely horrible. When everything goes okay, it may look good to buy from them, but belive me...if you have any prblms, u r never gng 2 get any resolution!!!!!!! u face an endless cycle of phonecalls [always the ones u make, dnt expect tem 2 call u back ever!!!!!!]... Just think! u can jst walk into any showroom and buy stuff without any such hassle!!!!!!!
 
 
 

Refund not paid by Fashion and You

I had a cash-on-delivery order from this website [order no 476192] for which I paid a total of 1300 on june 15, 2011. The order was for 2 kurtis. But when I checked the parcel, it contained only 1 item. The other item worth rs.880 was not included. I have been trying to get a resolution from their csr for the last 1 month. Everytime I call, they give excuses and avoid the call by saying a standard reply "you will hear from us in 72 hours". So far I have not heard a single word and it doesnt look like I will ever hear any. I get conflicting information from their customer service team every time I call. An example would be: the 5th time I called, a guy mentioned that the cheque has been sent and it will reach me in 3 days. After 3days, I called them again and was shocked to hear that their finance team has not yet resolved the issue and they are not even sure they will pay me! I dont know whom to call as they dont provide any other information on website other than a standard customer service no. Their customer service should be called as "Customer Torture Service".!!!!!!
